Example of high vibration foods are leafy greens, fruits, and nuts and they contribute to maintaining an alkaline state which is important to reduce inflammation.

During your consultation, I will begin by getting to know you and your background, particularly in relation to nutrition. I will ask about your needs and the improvements you’d like to achieve. Based on your responses, I will offer a few suggestions to help improve your diet. However, the main focus of the session will be educational rather than prescriptive, I won’t be telling you exactly what to eat.

You will remain fully responsible in making the right food choices following the consultation.

What I aim to teach you is how to incorporate high-vibration, alkaline foods into your diet, how to read ingredient labels, and how to use various cooking or juicing methods. I’ll also share some alkaline recipes you can add to your collection.
